4. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled. You are responsible for taxes and any fees charged by your payment provider.

5. Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, InstantCrowd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or abuse of the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
